Hey kids WOW. S'been a while. Most likely, won't have a lot of work to dish out for the next few weeks/months. I'm finally back in school; my first week of college was really excellent (in a boring Mississippi community college kind of way). It just feels good to have structure again and a straightforward goal. There was a knock on my door this morning, so early it was still dark outside.  A voice I couldn't quite place, a deep grumble, beckoned me - and when I didn't stir, left. Then, another knock, sharper, another voice.  My sister called my name through the door, excitedly, but I was still too groggy to be interested.  My door cracked open and Caitlyne leaned in. I know I'm not the only one posting about Hurricane Gustav.  I live close to the Mississippi Gulf, so it affects me and my loved ones right now.  I plan on taking some pictures and documenting this event, granted it's safe for me to walk around at any point today.  In Hattiesburg, all we're really getting is blinding hurricane mist.  My passenger window has been rolled down this whole time, and most of the stores are closed sans Starbucks and Dominos.  Maybe I'll get a mocha frappe and some pizzaz.  Hm.
